These four key areas of Quilvest Capital Partners AM S.A. cooperate in their daily activities in order to ensure that clients’ assets are properly managed, and that Company’s fiduciary obligation towards its investors is properly discharged. In particular, considering the specificities of the investment mandate, and their risk, liquidity, leverage policies, and other investment considerations summarized in the funds’ offering documents.
Risk, compliance and internal audit control functions have the required independence, authority, staff and systems.
